The Patient Roster offers a comprehensive view of all currently attributed patients based on the most recent attribution file your organization submitted to Bamboo Health.
Patient Roster Overview
The Patient Roster includes all patients listed on the most recent version of your organization's roster file. Each patient will have their own patient card and will include the following information:
- Demographic Details: Provides the patient's name and DOB.
- High-Level Event Overview: Includes the current status, location, event date, length of stay, and diagnosis (when available).
- Program Attribution: Indicates the internal and external care programs within our network that your patient is currently associated with.
- Currently Billing: Reflects the insurer being billed for their most recent event.
Searching for Patients on the Roster
Searching for a patient is quick and easy; simply enter the patient’s name in the Search field on the Patient Roster page. To improve accuracy, you can include the patient's date of birth in the search criteria.
Is a patient missing from the Patient Roster? Just reach out to your account administrator and request that a patient be added to your organization's roster file!
Sorting by Patients on the Roster
You can sort the Patient Roster by first name, last name, date of current status, or visit duration. You can also choose the sort order: newest to oldest or oldest to newest.
Updating the Patient Roster
Pings has a specific roster tool template that you can use to submit and update the Patient Roster, which is managed by your organization. To update, add or remove any information listed for any of your patients on the Patient Roster, simply reach out to your account administrator.
